Almond Joy Balls

Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Filling:

1 ½ cups shredded unsweetened coconut

2 Tbsp. coconut oil

3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup

½ cup almonds

1 tsp. vanilla (Omit if on Candida program)

Coating:

2 scoops M’lis Chocolate Instant Meal Replacement

½ cup coconut oil

2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup

Directions:

  • In a food processor, combine all the filling ingredients; pulse until well mixed
  • Shape filling into 12 mini balls.  Place them on a cookie sheet.  Freeze for at least 15 minutes*
  • In a bowl, combine all coating ingredients
  • Dip each ball in coating mixture and place back on the cookie sheet and freeze for another 10 to 15 minutes**

Option:

*Spread the mixture into a 8 x 8 glass baking dish and freeze.

**Pour the coating over the top of the spread and freeze again.
